Nasser Grainawi da40341a3e manifest: Support a default upstream value

It's convenient to set upstream for all projects in a manifest instead of
repeating the same value for each project.

Repo is a tool built on top of Git. Repo helps manage many Git repositories, does the uploads to revision control systems, and automates parts of the development workflow.
