Shawn O. Pearce 2f968c943b Fix ssh://user@hostname/ style URLs parsing

I only tested this with ssh://hostname/ style URLs, so I failed
to test ssh://user@hostname/ format, which failed if the hostname
portion was longer than 1 character.
